Job summary

U & I Holidays in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to coordinate MICE requirements and ensure all arrangements are prepared according to the agreed schedule.

You will communicate with clients to understand their preferences, requests, and event requirements, prepare quotations and itineraries, and liaise with hotels, venues, transportation providers, restaurants, guides, and other vendors.

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, requests, and event requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, itineraries, and other documents related to MICE activities.
• Liaise with hotels, venues, transportation providers, restaurants, guides, and other vendors.
• Monitor the progress of bookings and event arrangements before and during the event.
• Assist in handling on-site requirements and coordinate solutions for unexpected situations.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all services are delivered properly.
• Complete necessary follow-up and documentation after the event.
