Job summary

Lemomo International Indonesia is seeking a Merchant Acquisition Specialist to identify and engage potential merchants and partners, managing outreach from initial contact through negotiations and closing. You will collaborate with merchants, brands, suppliers, distributors, and other decision makers to grow Lemomo’s product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Merchant Acquisition or related roles.
• Ability to identify and qualify potential partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with both online outreach and offline meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a pipeline of potential merchants, brands, suppliers, distributors, agents, and stores.
• Conduct prospecting and outreach via WhatsApp, phone, email, social media, referrals, and visits.
• Present Lemomo's value proposition and partnership opportunities to potential partners.
• Lead meetings and negotiations with business owners and decision makers.
• Evaluate partner fit based on product quality, pricing, stock, and delivery capabilities.
• Maintain accurate partner data and regular pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support partnerships.
