Job summary

PT Pratama Interdana Finance (YesssCredit) seeks a Merchant Development professional to build and manage strategic partnerships across multiple cities in Indonesia. You will train merchant staff, ensure effective channel execution and POS readiness, while monitoring credit risk and maintaining healthy performance metrics.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of merchant development or consumer finance experience.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned to different cities and owns personal transportation.

Role Description

Develop and manage merchant partnerships in the assigned area to drive sales and achieve targets, provide training and coaching to merchant staff, ensure proper channel execution and POS readiness, and monitor credit risk to maintain healthy business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in merchant development or consumer finance (Multifinance Mandatory)
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
