Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Indonesia seeks a field sales representative to manage the Bengkulu region, building solid relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.

You will drive sales targets in your area, train store staff on Merchant Apps, and ensure in-store POP material placement while running promotion socialization programs. Fresh graduates with a Diploma are welcome; leasing experience is a plus, and a motorcycle with SIM C is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a high school or diploma in any field.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for high school level.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for diploma level.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have a motorcycle and a SIM C license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Responsible for sales targets in their area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotions in store.
• Execute promotion socialization programs to store staff.
• Handle Bengkulu area.
