Job summary

Indodana (PT Artha Dana Teknologi) in Surabaya is seeking a Field Sales Executive to nurture SME merchant relationships using our Merchant Apps and drive area sales growth. You will reach targets, train store staff, and promote app usage.

You will ensure POP materials appear in stores, conduct promotions, and manage activities across the Surabaya area to strengthen market presence. Fresh graduates with a diploma are welcome, and a motorcycle with SIM C is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Leasing background is a plus.
• At least 1 year of related field experience for high school level.
• Fresh graduates with diploma are welcome to apply.
• Motorcycle ownership with SIM C is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Achieve sales targets in the Surabaya area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure POP materials are placed in stores for promotions.
• Run socialization programs to promote merchant apps to staff.
• Handle all activities in the Surabaya region.

• Provide training Merchant Apps to store staff
• Ensure placement POP material promotion in store
• Do promotion socialization program to store staff
• Handling Surabaya area

Qualifications

• Background experiences from Leasing is a plus.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position for high school level.
