Job summary

Faspay is seeking a Client Relations professional in Jakarta to develop relationships with key accounts and grow existing clients. You will groom clients and identify opportunities for business growth while ensuring timely delivery of solutions and initial training on usage of services.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, monitoring live merchant data, and driving growth opportunities. Fluency in English, Indonesian, and Mandarin is preferred.
