Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven leader to own regional demand-generation and promoter management across merchant partners. This role partners with Merchant Operations to ensure promoters are deployed to lift sales and productivity.

You will oversee merchant onboarding, maintain an exact promoter/merchant database, and drive ROI through performance measurement and data analysis. Collaboration with senior marketing, sales, and finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or operations, in consumer finance, technology, mobile products, or consulting in a high-growth tech startup or intrapreneurial role.
• Analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Self-driven and results-driven, able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present to non-expert audiences.

Job description

• Lead the regional demand-generation strategy centered on promoter deployment, driving brand awareness and sales performance across merchant partners
• Serve as the main liaison for the Merchant Operations team, ensuring each merchant has the right promoters in place to lift sales and productivity
• Oversee onboarding of new merchants and sourcing/onboarding of suitable promoters
• Maintain an accurate, continuously updated partner and promoter database
• Interface between merchants, promoter/field marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to build action plans and mobilize resources
• Coordinate and assign promoter personnel to commercial partners
• Design contract and scalability models and monitor/evaluate promoter effectiveness
• Establish performance targets for promoter and field marketing teams and run regular reviews
• Improve operational processes spanning merchant administration and promoter deployment
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of merchant and promoter administrative data across company systems
• Manage commission payments, incentives, and promotions with Accounting and Finance
• Oversee field marketing agency relationships and adherence to brand and operational standards
• Analyze sales and promoter-performance data and convert insights into action plans
• Provide performance reporting on ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Partner with senior marketing, sales, and finance leaders to align initiatives with business objectives
• Monitor market and competitor trends
• Work with the fraud team to train field personnel and curb fraud

Requirements
