Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven leader to own regional demand-generation and promoter management across merchant partners. This role partners with Merchant Operations to ensure promoters are deployed to lift sales and productivity.

You will oversee merchant onboarding, maintain an exact promoter/merchant database, and drive ROI through performance measurement and data analysis. Collaboration with senior marketing, sales, and finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or operations, in consumer finance, technology, mobile products, or consulting in a high-growth tech startup or intrapreneurial role.
• Analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Self-driven and results-driven, able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present to non-expert audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional demand-generation strategy centered on promoter deployment and drive brand awareness and sales.
• Serve as the liaison for Merchant Operations, ensuring promoters are in place to lift sales and productivity.
• Oversee onboarding of new merchants and sourcing/onboarding of suitable promoters.
• Maintain an accurate, continuously updated partner and promoter database.
• Interface between merchants, promoter/field marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to build action plans.
