PT Aura Properti Nusantara is seeking a hands-on MEP Supervisor to oversee on-site electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works in Bali. You will ensure works align with drawings, RKS, and BOQ, and coordinate with contractors.

You will review shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements; monitor quality, testing, commissioning, and completion; and apply safety and project standards. Minimum 3 years experience and AutoCAD proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1/D4 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as MEP Supervisor/Engineer/Inspector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise MEP on site according to approved drawings, RKS, and BOQ.
• Conduct quality inspections and monitor MEP progress.
• Review Shop Drawings, Material Approvals, Method Statements, and related MEP documents.
• Coordinate with contractors and Architecture, Structure, and Interior disciplines.
• Ensure MEP work complies with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, and completion of MEP work.

About you

Minimum S1/D4 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years experience as MEP Supervisor/Engineer/Inspector

Understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems

Ability to read Design Drawing and Shop Drawing MEP

Understanding of RKS, BOQ, and technical specifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Experience in Management Construction/Consultant is an advantage
