Job summary

Dwimitra Listenlights seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee installation and execution across data center, industrial and commercial projects. You will ensure adherence to drawings, specs, safety standards, and schedules while coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and site teams to deliver quality results.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on MEP supervision experience, strong reading of drawings, and a proven ability to manage multiple activities under project deadlines on site.

Role Description

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring MEP installation activities at project sites. The role focuses on ensuring that materials and MEP systems are properly installed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. The MEP Supervisor works closely with project engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and other site teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Job Description

• Supervise day-to-day MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installation and execution activities at data center and other project sites.
• Ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, project schedules, and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate and supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ELV, and fire protection subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely execution.
• Monitor workforce productivity, subcontractor performance, material utilization, and equipment availability to optimize site operations.
• Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams, and other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution and interface management.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality, safety, and client requirements, and promptly resolve site issues.
• Monitor installation progress, identify potential delays or technical conflicts, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Support testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and system handover activities, ensuring all MEP systems are completed in accordance with project and client requirements.
• Ensure all site activities comply with company HSE policies, data center construction standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, manpower reports, and material status reports for project management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in MEP installation and site supervision is preferred.
• Experience in data center, industrial, commercial, or other construction projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of MEP installation practices and site execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Experience supervising subcontractors, technicians, and installation crews.
• Good understanding of construction site safety and HSE requirements.
• Strong site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail, particularly in checking installation quality and workmanship.
• Able to monitor multiple site activities and work effectively under project deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work extended hours when required by project needs.
