The candidate will report on equipment condition, risks, and will supervise the Building & Equipment Unit team, requiring a D3/S1 in relevant engineering and at least 3 years of MEP experience.
MEP Supervisor responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the building, handling emergency repairs, conducting regular equipment inspections, and scheduling preventive maintenance for electrical installations, machinery, and piping systems.
Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across all buildings
Handle emergency repairs and conduct periodic equipment inspections
Schedule preventive maintenance for electrical installations, machinery, and piping
Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with vendors for procurement
Report equipment condition and damage risks to Building Repair & Maintenance Manager
Supervise and direct the Building & Equipment Unit team
D3 or S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in MEP or Building Maintenance
Understanding of electrical installations, genset, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for MEP installations
Ability to handle emergency repairs quickly and accurately
Supervision capability to direct the Building & Equipment Unit team
Understanding of energy efficiency principles and workplace safety standards (K3)
