Job summary

PT Aura Properti Nusantara seeks an MEP Supervisor to lead on-site MEP activities in line with drawings, RKS, and BOQ. You will review documentation, coordinate with disciplines, and ensure compliance with project specs. Strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills are required, with 3+ years in MEP supervision or inspection.

This role focuses on quality, progress monitoring, testing, commissioning, and timely completion of MEP work on site in Bali. Fluency in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1/D4 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience as MEP Supervisor/Engineer/Inspector.
• Understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.
• Ability to read Design Drawing and Shop Drawing MEP.
• Understanding of RKS, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Management Construction/Consultant is an advantage.

About you
