Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a hands-on MEP Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in Bali, Indonesia. You will oversee daily MEP works, ensure compliance with drawings and specs, and manage site safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in MEP supervision, reads drawings, and coordinates with contractors. You’ll monitor QC, NCRs, testing, and commissioning while maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in MEP supervision for construction projects.
• Good understanding of MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection).
• Able to read drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Familiar with QC, NCR, testing & commissioning, and HSE/K3 implementation.
• Good coordination, communication skills, and site-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and resolve technical issues.
• Inspect and monitor MEP installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection) in accordance with QC and safety standards.
• Identify non-conformities, issue corrective actions/NCR, and monitor rectification, testing & commissioning until completion.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and ensure implementation of HSE/K3 standards on site.

Role Description
