Job summary

OTTO Digital Pty in Jakarta is seeking a Site Manager to oversee Civil and MEP activities in data center projects, ensuring quality, cost, schedule, and safety targets are met. You will review drawings and specifications, coordinate vendors and subcontractors with internal teams, supervise testing and commissioning, and enforce K3/HSE procedures while maintaining strict project standards.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years as Site Manager.
• Strong knowledge of building and data center MEP systems; CAD/BIM proficiency.

Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals.

Supervise testing, commissioning, and on-site technical issue resolution.

Ensure all works adhere to quality standards and K3/HSE procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of building & data center MEP systems and CAD Drawing (BIM software proficiency is a plus).
• Skills & Training: Strategic mindset, strong leadership, basic Project Management training, and knowledge of national/international installation codes & regulations.
• Soft Skills: High motivation, strong technical passion, excellent teamwork, and ability to thrive under tight targets.
• Languages: Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
