Qualifications

• Strong on-site supervision and inspections for MEP and building works.

• Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven MEP supervision experience on construction projects, preferably commercial or mixed-use.
• Understanding of safety standards, local regulations, and quality control.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The MEP Supervisor for Project is a contract, on-site role based in Denpasar. The role is responsible for supervising daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities on site, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is executed according to design, schedule, safety standards, and quality requirements. The MEP Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, monitors installation progress, addresses technical issues, and ensures compliance with relevant codes and project specifications. The position also oversees building maintenance and facility management aspects during project execution, prepares progress reports, and supports testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in site supervision and site inspections for MEP and building works.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of plumbing systems and building maintenance procedures.
• Candidates should possess experience in facility management (FM), including coordination of maintenance activities and service providers.
• Relevant technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MEP supervision on construction projects, preferably in commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Understanding of construction safety standards, local building regulations, and quality control practices.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on site.
• Ability to work full-time on site in Denpasar and adapt to dynamic project schedules and conditions.
