We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the successful execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across our luxury villa, resort, and hospitality projects.
Supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, ELV, and Building Management System (BMS) installations on-site.
Ensure MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals prior to implementation.
Monitor construction progress, identify technical issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality control of all MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, international construction standards, and hospitality engineering requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, documenting project status and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Support the delivery of energy-efficient, sustainable, and high-technology building systems.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor in luxury villas, hotels, resorts, commercial, or high-end residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Experience supervising MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Proficient in reading technical drawings, shop drawings, and MEP coordination documents.
Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
