• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and water systems.
• Ensure MEP works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material usage and assist in quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
