Zusammenfassung

Greythr is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical execution on data centre and critical infrastructure projects. You will ensure work quality, site safety, technical compliance and timely delivery in line with specifications and client requirements.

You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate HVAC/chilled water systems, piping, and associated infrastructure, and manage resources, progress, and site reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred with 3–6 years in mechanical execution.
• Experience supervising subcontractors on MEP/data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, chilled water, piping and related infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Supervise day-to-day mechanical execution activities at project sites and ensure work follows approved drawings and specs.
• Coordinate installation of HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, piping, pumps, and related systems with engineering, QA/QC, planning, and procurement teams.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety and HSE compliance; close observations and non-conformances timely.
• Monitor progress, manage resources, equipment, and material needs; identify risks and delays.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors; prepare progress reports and support testing and handover.

The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical execution activities for data centre and critical infrastructure projects, ensuring work quality,

site safety, technical compliance, and timely project execution in line with project specifications

and client requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day mechanical execution activities at project sites; ensure mechanical works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and material utilization.

2. Mechanical Systems Coordination

Coordinate installation and execution activities related to HVAC systems, chilled water systems, ventilation systems, piping, pumps, and associated mechanical infrastructure; coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, planning, procurement, and project teams for effective execution of mechanical works.

3. Quality & Compliance

Ensure mechanical works comply with project quality standards, approved specifications, and safety requirements; support QA/QC inspections and ensure timely closure of observations and non-conformance issues; monitor compliance with HSE requirements at site.

4. Resource & Progress Management

Monitor project progress and support achievement of planned milestones; coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements for mechanical site activities; identify execution delays and risks and elevate as required.

5. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on mechanical execution matters; prepare site progress reports and execution updates; support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities as required.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related

EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in mechanical execution and site supervision within MEP, data centre, or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, ventilation systems, piping, pumps, and associated mechanical infrastructure.
• Experience in supervising subcontractors, workforce management, and project execution activities.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess proven experience supervising mechanical site compliance, and progress reporting for MEP or data center projects.
