MatchaTalent is seeking a Project Assistant to support construction site operations in Karawang, Indonesia. You will coordinate MEP, HVAC, fire protection, and selected civil activities, monitor progress, allocate manpower and equipment, and maintain clear communication among project owners, supervision consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 2–3 years of coordination experience, strong Excel skills,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or site coordination.
• Hands-on experience coordinating MEP and civil activities and tracking progress.
• Experience liaising with project owners, consultants, general contractors and suppliers.
• Experience preparing daily/weekly site reports and maintaining logs.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily MEP and selected civil activities, monitor progress and allocate resources.
• Communicate instructions and inspection requirements from project owner and consultant.
• Coordinate handovers, sequencing, drawings reviews and briefings with contractors.
• Liaise with suppliers and warehouses to monitor deliveries, inspections, storage, and issuance.
• Organize site coordination meetings, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain issue trackers and action logs.
