MatchaTalent is seeking a Project Assistant to support on-site construction operations in Karawang, Indonesia. You will coordinate MEP, HVAC, fire protection, and civil/structural activities, monitor progress, allocate manpower, and track material deliveries to align with project schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 2–3 years of construction coordination experience, strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and a valid Indonesian driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Experience coordinating MEP and civil/structural activities
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Proactive communication with owners, consultants, and contractors
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand sequencing
• Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A or SIM C)
• Professional English for business coordination

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily MEP and civil/structural activities, monitoring progress and resources.
• Communicate instructions and inspection requirements, track submissions and issues.
• Coordinate handovers, sequencing, drawings reviews, and briefings with contractors and subs.
• Liaise with suppliers and warehouse teams for material deliveries and inspections.
• Schedule material deliveries, equipment deployment, and site access; resolve conflicts.
• Organize site coordination meetings and prepare minutes; track actions and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain coordination logs.
