Job summary

Colliers Indonesia is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across our project portfolio. You will ensure design integrity, coordinate with engineering teams, project managers, contractors, and clients to keep programs on track and aligned with client objectives.

You will monitor design compliance, lead technical reviews, and drive integration with schedule, cost control, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or consultancy.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and collaborative team player with leadership ability.
• Willingness to relocate across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all MEP works across project phases, ensuring compliance with design standards and client requirements.

This role goes beyond technical coordination—it requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align engineering solutions with client objectives and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management, a construction company, a consultant, or another relevant field
