Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant healthcare background.
• Based in West Jakarta with willingness to travel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems, pivot tables, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
• Fresh graduates or interns in MedTech are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share for J&J MedTech.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs including surgeons, OB/GYNs, and procurement professionals.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and support sales by understanding product portfolio and procedures.
• Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competition activity to expand market share.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all activities.
• Utilize CRM to manage relationships, track sales activities, and analyze data.
• Conduct data analysis using pivot tables to generate reports, forecasts, and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams for campaigns and product launches.
