Responsibilities

Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share for J&J MedTech.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical field across surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, ENT specialists, pharmacists, biomedics, and procurement professionals.
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and support sales efforts by understanding the MedTech product portfolio and surgical procedures.
Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competition activity to expand market share.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze data for opportunities and performance insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales plans with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches.
