Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Based in West Jakarta.
• Experience with CRM and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share for J&J MedTech business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical field to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and support sales efforts by understanding J&J MedTech portfolio and procedures.
• Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, competition activity and develop strategies to expand market share.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all activities.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze data to optimize performance.
• Conduct data analysis using pivot tables to generate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless execution of sales plans with marketing on campaigns and launches.
