Job summary

Job description

Candidate must possess a Medical Doctor (MD) degree and hold a valid Medical Registration Certificate (STR). A Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MARS) is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Service Manager in a Hospital industry.

Holds a professional certification in Hospital Medical Service Management or a related field.

Experience in Hospital Accreditation processes is highly preferred.

Strong leadership skills with proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing medical service teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to service excellence and comprehensive knowledge of hospital medical service management.
