Job summary

PT Chageur Medikal Industri (CMI) is a medical device manufacturing company seeking an Operator to join the production team and contribute to high-quality healthcare products. The role focuses on production, assembly, machine operation, and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

You will perform inspections, monitor processes, and ensure GMP and 5S practices are followed, while maintaining workplace safety and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; Engineering or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of GMP, 5S, and K3; able to read and follow Work Instructions; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly of medical devices per SOPs and work instructions.
• Operate production machines and equipment within procedures and limits.
• Conduct basic visual inspections of finished products and WIP.
• Monitor production parameters to ensure quality and process stability.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per GMP and 5S; comply with housekeeping rules.
