Job summary

PT Chageur Medikal Industri (CMI) is seeking an Operator to join our manufacturing team to support production of medical devices in Bekasi, Indonesia.

You will perform assembly per SOPs, operate equipment safely, and help maintain GMP and 5S standards while ensuring quality and compliance with K3 safety procedures.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior industry experience is a plus, but training will be provided to ensure adherence to work instructions and quality control.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with GMP, 5S and K3 safety standards.
• Able to read and follow Work Instructions.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in executing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly of medical devices per SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Operate production machines within established procedures and limits.
• Conduct basic visual inspections of finished products and WIP.
• Monitor process parameters to maintain quality and stability.
• Maintain clean and organized work area per GMP and 5S standards.
• Comply with K3 health and safety procedures and wear PPE.
