Job summary

PT Indo Medis Jaya in Cikupa, Banten is seeking a dedicated Senior Machine Operator to join our growing medical device manufacturing team. You will operate production machinery, follow SOPs, and maintain safety and 5S/5R standards.

Responsibilities include meeting production targets, collaborating with QC to ensure low defect rates, reporting daily results, and developing preventive maintenance schedules. Shift-based work and immediate placement in Cikupa are required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of work experience as a Machine Operator and/or Maintenance.
• Able to create preventive maintenance schedules for machinery used.
• Physically and mentally healthy, able to distinguish colors well and ready to join immediately.

We are a growing medical device company located in Cikupa, Banten. We are seeking a dynamic, disciplined individual with strong work ethic to join us as a Machine Senior Operator.

Key responsibilities

Operate machinery and production equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Ensure production targets are achieved as set.

Work with the QC department to ensure products have good quality with low defects.

Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and safety in the work area (implementation of 5S/5R).

Report daily work results to supervisors.

Implement occupational health and safety (K3) culture strictly in the machinery work area.

About you

Minimum SMA/SMK education in a related field.

Fresh graduate or minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Machine Operator and/or Maintenance (preferably from the medical device industry).

Able to create preventive maintenance schedules for machinery used.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to translate production schedules into daily work plans.

Can communicate effectively across departments.

Disciplined, thorough, honest, and able to work as part of a team.

Physically and mentally healthy, able to distinguish colors well and ready to join immediately.

Willing to work in shift system and willing to be placed in Cikupa, Banten.
