Job summary

PT Chageur Medikal Industri (CMI) is seeking an Operator to join our Medan-based manufacturing team. You will perform production and assembly of medical devices following SOPs and work instructions, operate machines, and ensure product quality and process stability.

Candidates with SMA/SMK or equivalent are welcome; fresh graduates and those with manufacturing experience are considered. You should be detail‑oriented, a good team player, and committed to GMP, 5S, and K3 safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience in medical device or electronics industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly of medical devices according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Operate production machines and equipment per procedures and limits.
• Conduct basic visual inspections of finished products and WIP for conformance.
• Monitor production parameters to maintain quality, consistency, and stability.
• Keep the work area clean and organized per GMP and 5S standards.
• Follow all K3 safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
