Job summary

PT Indo Medis Jaya in Cikupa, Banten is seeking a dedicated Senior Machine Operator to join our growing medical device manufacturing team. You will operate production machinery, follow SOPs, and maintain safety and 5S/5R standards.

Responsibilities include meeting production targets, collaborating with QC to ensure low defect rates, reporting daily results, and developing preventive maintenance schedules. Shift-based work and immediate placement in Cikupa are required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of work experience as a Machine Operator and/or Maintenance.
• Able to create preventive maintenance schedules for machinery used.
• Physically and mentally healthy, able to distinguish colors well and ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment in accordance with SOP.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as set.
• Work with the QC department to ensure products have good quality with low defects.
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and safety in the work area (5S/5R).
• Report daily work results to supervisors.
• Implement health and safety culture strictly in the machinery work area.
