Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an Operator to run process and production machinery in a GMP-driven facility. You will perform regular quality checks, carry out routine maintenance, and ensure production runs efficiently to meet quality and quantity targets.

The role requires 1-2 years in FMCG manufacturing, a related bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0, willingness to work shifts, and readiness to be based in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be based in a manufacturing/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate process and production machinery.
• Perform quality checks on processes and products.
• Carry out cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Conduct regular autonomous maintenance and minor machine repairs.
• Inspect machines and equipment to support production reliability.
• Apply and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
