Job summary

Contec Medical Systems Co., Ltd is seeking a Medical Device Sales Engineer Representative to drive market development and growth in the assigned territory. The role covers hospital and clinic outreach, distributor engagement, and comprehensive sales cycle activities from quotations to contracts.

You will conduct product demonstrations, provide customer training, and deliver on-site technical support during visits, exhibitions, and global events.

Qualifications

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales performance to achieve targets, manage customer relationships, and prepare product quotations, proposals, and contract-related documentation.
• Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations, and provide customer training to ensure proper product utilization and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide on-site product and technical support when required, including customer visits, exhibitions, demonstrations, and business activities locally or internationally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments, and provide relevant insights to support business and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective customer support and business execution. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
• Ensure all sales and business activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, applicable local laws, medical device regulations, and quality requirements.
