Job summary

PT. Aerocom Global Sejahtera is seeking a Sales position for medical devices and healthcare equipment based in Tangerang. The role involves direct engagement with hospitals and facilities to drive sales growth and build long-term customer relationships.

You will conduct routine visits, deliver product education, prepare quotations, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure successful project execution. Travel outside the city is required and SIM A/C licenses are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any field; health background is an advantage.
• Experience in medical devices or related sales is an advantage; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Sales target oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct routine visits to hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
• Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and product education to users.
• Prepare price quotations and negotiate until sales completion.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure project smooth execution.
• Monitor delivery processes, installation, and handover of goods.
• Gather market information, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare periodic sales activity reports.
