Job summary

PT Radiant Sentral Nutrindo is seeking a Branch Manager in Balikpapan to lead our regional operations and drive growth. You will develop sales strategies, recruit and train a high-performing team, monitor performance, and ensure excellent customer service across the branch.

The role requires a proven track record in branch management or sales within FMCG or distribution, strong leadership, and the ability to travel within the region with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of branch management or sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG/health & beauty/pharma/distribution preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region; valid driving licence.

About the Role
PT Radiant Sentral Nutrindo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Balikpapan, North Kalimantan. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to drive sales growth, manage branch operations, and build high-performing teams. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and implementing company policies and procedures across all branch functions. This role is pivotal to the success of our regional operations and offers the chance to make a significant impact on business performance and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability and compliance with company standards
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate sales and support staff to build a high-performing branch team
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to team members to drive individual and collective success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels and product distribution across the branch
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance analysis and financial updates to senior management
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and health and safety standards at all times
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share within the Balikpapan Kota region

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, sales, distribution, or related positions
• Experience in the FMCG, health & beauty, pharmaceutical, or distribution industry would be an advantage
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop and inspire high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of sales, distribution, and branch operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM or sales management software
• Knowledge of the East Kalimantan market and established networks in the region (preferred)
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region as required
