Job summary

PT. PRIMA DHARMA KARSA is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Technician (Mandarin) to support maintenance across two facilities at the same site. The role covers inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for production machines, ensuring high uptime and safe operations.

The ideal candidate has SMK/D3 in mechanical/electrical/ mechatronics, hands-on maintenance experience, and can work with both mechanical and electrical systems. Mandarin ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3 in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting experience required.
• Ability to work on mechanical and electrical systems in a factory setting.
• Mandarin language ability is a valuable plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Technician with the ability to handle machines and production equipment, from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. This position will support maintenance needs for two production facilities located at the same site, so candidates capable of handling various types of equipment will be an added value.

Key responsibilities

Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of production machines and equipment

Analyze and identify causes of machine damage

Perform troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical problems

Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance

Ensure machines and equipment operate properly

Assist with installation, inspection, and commissioning of new equipment

Support maintenance needs at two production facilities

Assist with other technical work as needed for factory operations

About you

Minimum education: SMK/D3, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields

Experience as a Technician, Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, or similar position

Understanding of mechanical and electrical fundamentals

Able to perform troubleshooting and machine repairs

Understanding of electrical systems and industrial equipment

Able to use work equipment and maintenance tools

Experience in manufacturing/factory environment is an added value

Experience in filter element/filter industry is not mandatory but is an added value

Candidates with maintenance experience in other industries are welcome to apply
