Job summary

Indogal Agro Trading is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to manage meat cutting requests, production documentation, raw material coordination, inventory of processing materials, and daily production records. This role will coordinate closely with the Sales Admin, Warehouse, and Butchery teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely fulfillment of meat cutting requirements.

Qualifications

• Manage meat cutting requests received via email and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin, Warehouse, and Butchery teams regarding cutting specifications, raw material availability, and production schedules.
• Prepare and verify Cutting Requests, Sales Orders (SO), and Manufacturing Orders (MO), including item, lot/batch, storage location, and quantity details.
• Coordinate stock transfers, product labeling, and packaging requirements for production.
• Record and maintain daily cutting activities, production yield, and waste.
• Monitor the availability and inventory of butchery equipment and consumable materials.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) for damaged or low-stock materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production documentation and data accuracy.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of meat cutting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
