Job summary

Indogal Agro Trading is seeking an Administrator to support meat cutting operations, production documentation, and material coordination. You will handle requests, track daily production records, and ensure timely fulfillment of cutting requirements.

Collaborating with Sales Admin, Warehouse, and Butchery teams, you will verify orders, manage inventories, and maintain accurate records of yield, waste, and packaging needs to sustain smooth production flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage meat cutting requests received via email and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate cutting specs, raw materials, and production schedules with Sales Admin, Warehouse, and Butchery.
• Prepare and verify Cutting Requests, Sales Orders (SO), and Manufacturing Orders (MO), including item, lot/batch, storage location, and quantity details.
• Coordinate stock transfers, product labeling, and packaging requirements for production.
• Record and maintain daily cutting activities, production yield, and waste.
• Monitor the availability and inventory of butchery equipment and consumable materials.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) for damaged or low-stock materials.

About the role!
