Job summary

PT Indogal Agro Trading seeks a skilled Butcher (Beef/Pork) to handle cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning according to company standards. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, minimizing waste, and upholding food safety throughout the processing workflow.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in butchery, familiarity with meat cuts and HACCP, and be able to operate band saws, grinders, slicers, and vacuum packing machines.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK, any major; Food Processing, Culinary, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in butchery or meat processing.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion beef or pork cuts for retail, restaurant, or production use.
• Cut, trim, and debone meat according to company standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen/production team to fulfill daily orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
