Job summary

TechSource Systems Group in Jakarta seeks an experienced Application Engineer with MATLAB and Simulink expertise to bridge technology and business, supporting presales and customer enablement. You will engage customers through technical presentations, trainings, and demos, and help apply model-based design across electrification, communications, signal & image processing, and AI/ML.

Collaboration with sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in roles involving MATLAB and Simulink.
• Experience in presales, technical consultancy, or product demonstrations is preferred.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to customer value.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in presales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Deliver trainings, workshops, seminars, and webinars to showcase solutions using MATLAB and Simulink.
• Provide technical consultancy on workflows related to electrification, signal & image processing, communications, and AI applications.
• Support customers in applying model-based design workflows to accelerate product development.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop and present compelling technical content (demos, case studies, presentations).
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by combining technical expertise with business understanding.
