Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a sales management or new business development role in materials/manufacturing.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Willingness to travel regionally and locally as required.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and positioning.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking forums to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to contract closure and account management.
