Job summary

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure spare parts and buffer stock are prepared and delivered to service centers on time. You will monitor aging inventory, coordinate with service centers to return slow-moving materials, and prepare monthly inventory reports based on past usage and future demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Proficient in English for daily work.
• Experience in Smartphone/Electronic industry preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare spare parts and buffer stock and ensure on-time delivery to service centers.
• Monitor aging inventory and coordinate with service centers to return slow-moving or overdue materials.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and analyze stock levels based on past usage and future demand.
• Monitor inventory across warehouses, including incoming shipments, and plan material requirements with HQ.
• Calculate material requirements, coordinate with suppliers, and process purchase orders and payments.
• Support daily PMC operations and prepare regular reports as assigned.
