PT. Central Mega Kencana in Jakarta is seeking a diligent Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory monitoring for efficient production and operations.

You will collaborate with Production, PPIC, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure timely material availability, monitor purchase orders and supplier performance, analyze inventory data for shortages or excess stock, and help implement improvements to increase efficiency and cost

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities, including material planning, procurement coordination, inventory monitoring, and material availability
• Monitor stock levels and material movements to ensure sufficient inventory for production and operational requirements
• Coordinate with relevant departments, including Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Procurement, and other stakeholders, to ensure timely material availability
• Monitor purchase orders, material delivery schedules, and supplier performance to support operational continuity
• Analyze inventory data and identify potential material shortages, excess stock, or supply chain bottlenecks
• Prepare and maintain accurate supply chain reports, inventory records, and relevant documentation
• Support the implementation and improvement of supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable operational standards
