Job summary

PT Mitra Amertha Sejahtera is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage S&OP analyses, forecast demand, and ensure adequate stock levels across Indonesia. The role coordinates with sales and production, oversees weekly stock balance reports, and supports internal stock transfers between warehouses.

You will liaise with vendors to ensure material availability and drive improvements in supply chain processes to prevent stockouts and align forecasts with business needs.

Responsibilities

• To handle supply and demand (S&OP) analysis
• To ensure national stock levels was adequate
• To prepare internal stock transfer between warehouse
• To prepare and analysis supply forecast
• To prepare weekly stock balance report and monitor damage not yet processed by warehouse
• To analysis and anticipate Out Of Stock and update supply orders files
• To coordinate with sales teams for demand forecast
• Oversee supply chain processes and forecast against likely need and possible issues
• Liaise with vendor and suppliers to ensure materials availability
• Develop a high-level view of supply chain processes and implement improvements
• Collaborate with production leadership to determine organizational needs across a standard calendar year
• The proper and accurate stock analysis and supply forecast
• Manages stock reconcile and adjustment with finance
