Job summary

PT. Mowilex in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning across demand, capacity, production, material, inventory, and distribution.

You will ensure reliable customer service, material availability and healthy working capital while driving sustainable supply chain performance. You will oversee demand reviews, translate requirements into feasible plans via RCCP, MPS, MRP and DRP, and guide readiness for new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Demand, Capacity, Production, MRP, DRP planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning across Demand, Capacity, Production, Material, Inventory and Distribution.
• Oversee demand reviews and forecast accuracy improvements.
• Translate demand into feasible capacity, production, and material plans (RCCP, MPS, MRP, DRP).
• Coordinate readiness for new product launches with demand, capacity, and inventory planning.
• Identify constraints and develop mitigation scenarios to sustain service and working capital.
• Drive inventory optimization and inter-warehouse coordination.
• Lead continuous improvement via ERP, analytics, and Lean methods.
