Job summary

GU Commerce is seeking a Marketplace & Affiliate Executive to drive day-to-day operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada while actively growing our affiliate creator network to boost sales.

You will manage listings, optimize content, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with warehouse and marketing teams. Fresh graduates with marketplace knowledge are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketplace/e-commerce/affiliate experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong marketplace knowledge are welcome.
• Familiar with Shopee/TikTok Shop/Tokopedia/Lazada platforms.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication and negotiation with creators.
• Able to manage multiple brands and product categories.
• Strong analytical mindset with sales data.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
• Upload and update products, pricing, stock, vouchers, bundles, and promotions.
• Register products for marketplace campaigns.
• Monitor product listings, account health, violations, and issues.
• Optimize product titles, keywords, descriptions, and information.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and SKU performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and content teams on marketplace activities.
• Prepare weekly marketplace performance reports.
• Search for and recruit relevant affiliates on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Conduct daily creator outreach and product invitations.

GU Commerce is looking for a Marketplace & Affiliate Executive to manage the day-to-day operation and growth of our brands across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada. You will be responsible for keeping our marketplace stores running smoothly while actively building and managing our affiliate creator network to generate sales. This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and proactive in reaching out to creators and finding opportunities to grow sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada
