Role Description

This is a full time, on site role for a Marketing Staff based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer support, addressing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with inquiries. The Customer Relations Officer will also be expected to analyze customer feedback and contribute to service improvements to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar customer facing role ( fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply ).
