Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Account Management, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented with ability to resolve inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
