Divino Gili Air is seeking a Paid Advertising professional to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our properties. You will develop monthly content plans, create ad copy variations, and organize assets to support testing across platforms.

You will analyze performance data, prepare weekly reports with spend, ROAS, CPC, CTR and conversions, and coordinate with property teams to align campaigns with marketing goals. This role requires proactive testing and data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Meta Ads and ROAS tracking.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns.
• Familiarity with asset management and ad copy testing.

Paid Advertising (Google & Meta)

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Prepare weekly performance reports covering spend, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions
• Upload and organize creative assets, maintain naming conventions, and write ad copy variations for testing
• Develop monthly content plans for each property, aligned with advertising goals
• Research references and trends, and write creative briefs for upcoming shoots
• Define hooks, angles, and formats for each platform (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Recommend creative iterations based on ad performance data, not guesswork

• Source and reach out to models and talent, negotiate rates, and manage briefs and release forms
• Plan and manage shoot logistics, including transport, fast boats, accommodation, meals, and location permits
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact on shoot days, coordinating closely with property teams
• Help prepare call sheets and shot lists
