Job summary

AI Fusion Partner is an Bali-based AI consulting and automation startup seeking a hybrid role that blends marketing support and personal assistance to the CEO. You’ll work with the marketing lead and CEO on content planning, event support, client research, and admin tasks.

Requirements include fluent English, comfort with AI tools, ability to ride a motorbike, owning a laptop, and strong organization. Occasional Sunday events are expected.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) or eager to learn.
• Able to drive a motorbike.
• Own laptop.
• Organized, proactive and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Available for occasional Sunday events (around 1–2 times per month).

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities: prospect research, lead follow-ups, and keeping our pipeline updated.
• Plan content and help create it, including light shooting and editing for social media.
• Help organize and run events, workshops, and community activities.
• Support marketing for our own brand and for our clients' brands.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups, and keep things on schedule.
• Research clients, competitors, tools, and market topics.
• Handle work and personal admin (bookings, errands, paperwork).
• Take on other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
