Job summary

PT Closed Loop Asia is hiring an AI Video Producer to scale video creative with high quality. You will work with the founder in a small pod, shipping weekly assets across healthcare, ecommerce, travel, and mobile apps.

You should have hands-on experience with current video models, craft in shot design and typography, and be proficient in Premiere/After Effects/DaVinci/CapCut. Based in Bali or willing to move, English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with current video models (Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Veo, Kling, Sora) and Higgsfield specifically.
• Real craft in shot design, pacing, continuity, sound, edit rhythm, and typography.
• Editing and post-production skills in Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Produce video creative across healthcare, ecommerce, tour and travel, and mobile app verticals.
• Make decisions about what is honest when using generated people and scenarios in healthcare briefs.
• Ensure product fidelity in ecommerce creative, using UGC style, demo, unboxing, problem and solution formats.
• Judge when to generate and when generated footage would be a lie in tour and travel briefs.
• Weave screen recordings and UI captures into generated narrative for mobile app creative.
• Build and maintain character, product and brand consistency across whole campaigns.
• Ship volume without a drop in quality.
• Develop a documented pipeline from brief to finished asset, hitting consistent weekly output across several clients.
• Build reference and character libraries for top clients.
• Create paid social variants and performance creative.

Job description

You are joining PT Closed Loop Asia, an AI-native digital marketing agency, as an AI Video Producer. You will be the core creative constraint the team is hiring to remove. The agency handles marketing end to end across healthcare, ecommerce, tour and travel, and mobile app businesses, running over 13 client portfolios and more than 25 campaigns a month. Your role is to produce video creative at scale without dropping quality. You will work directly with the founder in a small pod where everyone is tightly linked by design. Within days of shipping, you will know which opening frame held attention, which hook won, and which format died at three seconds. Briefs will come to you as hypotheses rather than shopping lists, and you will get real customer language from live search data, so your scripts use words people actually say.

About you

• Deep hands on experience with current video models (Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Veo, Kling, Sora) and Higgsfield specifically
• Real craft in shot design, pacing, continuity, sound, edit rhythm, and typography
• Editing and post production skills in Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
• Understanding of what makes an ad convert, not only what looks cinematic
• Ability to hold a real quality bar at speed
• Bahasa Indonesia native or fluent
• English strong enough to work with English language tooling and prompts
• Based in Bali, or ready to move here before launch
• Traditional film, motion design or VFX background preferred
• Experience making performance creative for paid social preferred
• Experience building a repeatable pipeline someone else could follow preferred

We can run more tests than we currently have creative to fill.
